Hi, I'm Mia.

As a child, I loved creating tiny worlds with colorful beads—until the words "Stop wasting your time" made me hide that part of myself away. For years, I carried this quiet hurt, until life handed me an unexpected loss at 26.

I won't dwell on the darkness of those days, but I will tell you about the moment everything changed: the day Thalia—this radiant, laughing human—plopped a jar of beads on my desk at our mind-numbing office job. "Make something useless with me," she said with a wink.

Turns out, Thalia's laughter hid her own search for meaning. But when she saw how beadwork brought me back to life—and when strangers started asking where they could buy our creations—we realized something magical:
