Return Policy

1. Return:
(1). You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return. Please contact support@beadgala.com to request order return within 14 days after delivered. Returns are only applicable for online orders.
(2). Once we approved customer return request. We will provide our warehouse address to the customer and customer need to return all items to our warehouse address.
(3). We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Conversely, for Unreasonable returns that are not due to product problems. Customer need to pay the return shipping costs + 50% restocking fee based the order amount. We will refund you the difference once we receive it back in our office.
(4). If product arrives which was damaged. Please contact our customer service and send us related photos to us. We will reship or refund after check your photos according to your request.
(5). Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. Please note we don't accept a returned item that has been used, damaged or altered from yourself.
(6). We don't accept returned items that have been sent back without submit return requests.
(7). We don't offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost (return shipping costs + 50% restocking fee based the order amount) If the return is not due to our fault.
(8). Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return products which were not bought from Beadgala.com. Each of our products has a unique label. Please don't remove the label unless you confirmed that you will not return it.
2. Refund
(1). We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return inspect was approved or not. If approved. We'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
(2). If you have paid the shipping fee from your order (Not Free Shipping Order), Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Cancel Order
(1). Usually your order will get shipping within 48 hours after paid. If you change your mind about your order. We can cancel it before we ship it. Please contact with us as soon as possible. We will check your order has got shipping or not. If your order didn't get shipping. We will cancel your order as soon as possible and refund full payment for you.
(2). If the order has already ship out. You also can refuse delivery and return it. But you will be charge 50% restocking fee based the order amount. We will refund you the difference once we receive it back in our office.
