Refund Policy

1. Return

(1). You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return. Please contact support@beadgala.com to request order return within 14 days of delivery.

(2). If product arrives which was damaged. Please contact our customer service and send us related photos to us. We will reship it or refund before check your photos.

(3). Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing and order invoice. Please note we don’t accept a returned item that has been used, damaged or altered from yourself.

(4). We don’t accept returned items that have been sent back without approved return requests.

(5). We don’t offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

(6). Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return products which were not bought from Beadgala. Each of our products has a unique label. Please don’t remove the label unless you confirmed that you will not return it.

 

2. Refund

(1). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved. We’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

(2). Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Beadgala, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your account.
